This is not an assignment, I was just practicing tilt shifting in photoshop (photos are not my photography). Basically, tilt shifting is making a photograph (usually a city scene with people & vehicles & taken from above) and making the content look as if it was built as a model. The above photographs are not my photography, but I have used a tilt shift technique to cause the effect of a small model of a city.
